*This workshop content differs from the course run May/June and is relevant to both new participants and previous.

Does stress and busyness get in the way of you and the children in your care?

Have you found yourself doing things as a parent you said you never would?

As every child, parent and family is different, this course provides the opportunity to think about yourself,

as a parent, about  how you respond to your child and what your child’s individual needs might be.

This three session part 2 version of the course covers the topics:

  • understanding the impact of and practical ways to  relieve stress in yourself and child
  • exploring children’s behaviour and the potential meanings behind it
  • children’s emotional development birth to age 10. Plus much more.

What: 6 hour workshop over three weeks

When: Mondays October 16, 23 and 30

Time: 12.00-2.00pm

Cost: $75 per person / $110 per couple

Location: Relationships Australia NT Darwin office, 5 Shepherd St Darwin

developed through years of  working with parents combined with the latest

research resulting in easy ways for parents to upskill.

Content may not be specific to each participants’ circumstances.

Fees may be lowered in situations of considerable financial hardship.
