Relationship Education

Relationships Australia NT offers a range information and therapeutic courses in small groups for individuals, couples and children. The courses are both short (one evening) and longer ranging from either 4, 6 to 12 weeks.

Relationship Education

Participating in a small group can bring many rewards. It can have you feeling less stuck. Small groups allow social connection and the opportunity to learn new ideas, have fun and develop positive strategies from others who are facing similar issues.  This often results in you feeling less alone and more able to apply the skills you learn from the information and the group.

Our courses cover a variety of topics including: adjusting to separation, personal development, parenting, anger management and communication and interpersonal skills.

Feedback from our participants:

  • “You guys are really professional and helpful, made us all feel comfortable”.
  • “I valued the group environment which helped me realize I was not alone and not flawed.”
  • “It gave me the tools and ideas to look at relationships differently and to implement different and better ways of being in one.”
  • “Please keep offering the course. It was a huge first step for me.”  (re: What to do About Anger).

All  group facilitators are appropriately qualified.

Please see calendars for Darwin and Alice Springs for more information or visit the Courses page.
