Exploring Anger with Women - Darwin November 2017

There are lots of messages about anger and about how and if one should feel it, particularly for women. Many women can feel that anger is bad or unhealthy. But is it?

Exploring ANGER with Women half day skill building workshop.

Friday November 24th 12.30-4.30 pm. $50 per person.

 

 

 

 

Do you find:

  • you push down feelings of resentment
  • agree to things you don’t want to
  • say or do things in anger you later regret?

This half day workshop will assist women to make distinctions between anger as a healthy response; or anger as an act of resistance; or anger as an abusive action.

This course provides information and skills:

  • on how to control and express your anger in order to use anger more effectively
  • tips on how to listen to what anger is telling you
  • to be clear about what changes you are seeking in yourself and others
  • and looks at self care - it's importance and role in your life

The workshop will be held in the spacious training room of the Darwin office 5 Shepherd St Darwin.
