Understand Your Teenager

The teenage years can be a tumultuous time - for all involved. Understanding your teen or pre-teen's behaviour and what exactly might be going on in their brain can be a relief and really very useful for parents, grandparents and carers.

Come along to this informative session to find out how the teenage brain works so that you can better respond to them. This single seminar aims to inform you of the latest research and tips about your pre-teen and teenager for a happier household. The content covered will assist you to not merely survive each other, but thrive together as a parent-teenager team.

  • Developmental stages of the teenager

  • Internet & social media usage and
  • Communication tips
